Ovarian torsion in a twin pregnancy at 32 weeks and 6 days: A case-report

Ovarian torsion during pregnancy is a rare event and occurs mostly the first trimester. This case describing diagnosis management of an ovarian at 33 weeks in twin with normal term delivery. The patient presented irregular uterine contraction due to acute abdominal pain right iliac fossa. A cyst was discovered ultrasound scan on ovary highly suspected. small laparotomy facing mass after guidance chosen. finally delivered 37 weeks. clinic holds preponderant place torsion. Our surgical approach by under less risky than laparoscopy.
